Associate - Litigation Product Liability

Job Overview A law firm seeks an associate with strong legal writing skills in the area of pharmaceutical/medical device Daubert/Rule 702 motions practice to join its Litigation group in Houston, TX. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic environment with a focus on product liability litigation. Responsibilities Communicate effectively with clients. Supervise junior associates. Collaborate with experts in the field. Assist with fact development and depositions. Review and draft discovery responses, briefs, motions, and memoranda. Contribute to case strategy development. Requirements Minimum of 3 years of litigation experience, preferably at an AmLaw 100 firm. Extensive experience writing briefs, particularly on Rule 702 and Daubert issues. Experience in products liability litigation. Familiarity with the pharmaceutical and medical device industry is a plus. Education Juris Doctor (JD) from a nationally recognized law school. Certifications Admitted to practice in the jurisdiction of application. New York bar admission is encouraged. Skills Strong analytical and writing skills.
