Associate Attorney (Litigation)

Innovative Driven is currently seeking a dynamic Associate Attorney with at least five years of litigation experience to join the busy team in one of our most established boutique law firm clients in Houston, TX! The firm has a proud history of representing commercial and institutional defense clients in a vibrant and collaborative community. Its attorneys have proudly argued over two hundred plus trials, handling more than one hundred appeals! This is an absolutely incredible opportunity to join a progressive firm that handles cases in many sectors, including: commercial litigation, insurance defense, self‑insureds, trucking, premises/Dram Shop, products liability, construction defect/property, professional and executive liability, coverage issues/bad faith and all areas of contract litigation. The role will be based in the firm's Houston, TX office, with the expectation of onsite work.
