Accounts Payable

We are looking for an Accounts Payable specialist to support the Lancaster, WI team. The role begins immediately and offers a Furst-to-Hire arrangement. Working hours are 8am-5pm or 7am-4pm, with pay ranging $20-$25 per hour based on experience. Key Responsibilities: Validate and enter all invoices for payment Maintain accounts payable files Complete and review new vendor paperwork for completeness Collaborate with corporate AP to maintain vendors, including address changes, EFT setup, and other duties Assist with vendor and divisional AP inquiries Review vendor statements for outstanding items Prepare AP reconciliation reports Analyze accounts Assist in monthly closings Handle administrative tasks Qualifications: Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment Ability to handle confidential information discreetly Detail oriented and demonstrate accuracy in work Excellent oral and written communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical skills Proficient with MS Word and Excel You excel at multi-tasking in fast-paced environments.
