Business Development Operations Coordinator

Employee Type Full-Time Non-Exempt Description The Business Development Operations Coordinator provides comprehensive administrative, operational, and project support to the Business Development Department and Director. This role serves as a key liaison between Business Development, Admissions, Marketing, Inquiry Call Center staff, referral sources, and other internal departments to support organizational growth, referral development, and operational efficiency. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Provide executive and administrative support to the Director of Business Development and departmental team. Coordinate referral activities and maintain positive relationships with referral partners and community stakeholders. Perform data entry, reporting, and analysis while ensuring accuracy and integrity of information. Manage and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and departmental databases. Coordinate calendars, meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as needed. Prepare and process expense reports and assist with budget tracking and administrative financial tasks. Coordinate the production, distribution, and inventory of marketing materials and promotional resources. Plan and support events, conferences, community outreach activities, hospitality functions, and visitor experiences. Collaborate with Admissions, Marketing, Inquiry Call Center staff, and other departments regarding patient, referral, operational, and customer service matters. Support patient welcome initiatives and other programs designed to enhance the patient and referral experience. Prepare departmental reports, presentations, and meeting agendas. Assist with the coordination and execution of special projects and strategic initiatives. Provide logistical and administrative support for departmental meetings, trainings, conferences, and community events. Maintain confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information. Perform other duties as assigned to support the goals, growth, and operations of the Business Development Department. Requirements Highschool Diploma or GED, Bachelors Degree preferred Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects and deadlines. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency in Computer software and CRM/database management systems. Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and follow-through. Ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative team-oriented approach. Event planning, coordination, and project management skills preferred.
