About The Role We’re looking for a detail‑oriented dispatcher to join our Service Team in Houston. As the first point of contact for our clients, you’ll play a critical role in making sure service requests are handled swiftly, efficiently, and with care. What You’ll Do Be the friendly voice of Uprite, handling inbound service requests via phone, email, and our client portal Triage and dispatch service tickets using ConnectWise, ensuring prompt and accurate scheduling Coordinate with technical teams to keep service levels on track and clients in the loop Maintain detailed, accurate records of all client communications and support actions Support procurement processes, assist with inventory, and complete light administrative tasks Collaborate with internal teams to drive performance and meet SLA goals What You Bring 2+ years of dispatching or scheduling experience (IT services preferred) Outstanding communication and customer service skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a high‑call‑volume environment Strong attention to detail and follow‑through Comfort with Microsoft Office and ticketing systems (ConnectWise is a plus) Self‑starter mindset with a collaborative, team‑first attitude Valid driver’s license and the ability to work onsite full‑time Why Uprite A values‑driven culture built on humility, unity, passion, servanthood, and thankfulness Supportive leadership and a collaborative team environment Opportunities to grow your career in one of the most resilient industries Hands‑on experience with top‑tier tools and systems A chance to make a real difference in the lives of our clients #J-18808-Ljbffr
