We’re looking for an experienced Managing Litigation Attorney to take ownership of sophisticated commercial litigation matters and play a central role in the continued growth of the firm's litigation practice.

This is not a position where you'll simply receive assignments and work cases in isolation. WHAT YOU'LL DO

As the Managing Litigation Attorney , you will take a leadership role in the firm's litigation practice and drive complex matters from strategy through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Own a sophisticated caseload. Manage an average of approximately 50 commercial litigation matters , taking responsibility for case strategy, pleadings, discovery, negotiations, trial preparation, and resolution.
• Lead in the courtroom. Represent clients in depositions, hearings, court appearances, arbitrations, mediations, and trials, making calculated strategic decisions in high-stakes situations.
• Drive case strategy and client relationships. Conduct thorough legal research, develop litigation strategies, communicate proactively with clients, and keep matters moving toward successful outcomes.
• Lead and mentor. Provide guidance and oversight to junior attorneys while collaborating with a well-stacked pod squad and broader firm team.
• Contribute to business development. Participate in business development initiatives and help strengthen the firm's relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Collaborate on complex matters. Work closely with colleagues and support professionals to develop creative, effective strategies for challenging cases.

WORK SCHEDULE & ENVIRONMENT

• Location: Winter Park, Florida
• Work Arrangement: In-Office
• Regular Office Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM

Because of the nature of high-stakes litigation, availability outside regular office hours is expected when case demands, client needs, deadlines, or trial schedules require it.
