This position oversees key HR functions including onboarding, employee status changes, benefits and payroll administration, compliance management, and Human Resources data integrity and maintenance.Key ResponsibilitiesHuman Resource and AdministrationServe as the lead HR processor for new hires, status changes, and personnel action forms.Manage payroll input and ensure ongoing compliance with applicable regulations.Oversee HRIS system maintenance, data accuracy, and overall system functionality.Conduct verifications of employment and manage workers’ compensation cases.Track and support the performance management process.Serve as the primary point of contact for unemployment benefit requests and state workforce commission inquiries, ensuring accurate, timely, and compliant claim administration.Benefits and Leave AdministrationManage the administration of employee benefits, including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and 401(k) plans, including enrollments, audits, deductions, and changes.Lead the annual benefits open enrollment process.Manage and track all leave programs, including FMLA administration.Compliance and ReportingMaintain and update HR policies, procedures, and related documentation.Ensure file management meets compliance standards and legal requirements.Oversee ACA reporting and compliance, as well as overtime reporting.New Hire OrientationManage the onboarding process and ensure timely completion of all documentation.Coordinate and participate in first-day orientation sessions.Oversee the issuance of employee ID badges and onboarding materials.Other duties as assigned.QualificationsBA/BS in business administration, human resources, organizational management required. MBA preferred.SHRM-CP and/or PHR required.Five or more years of progressive HR experience. Experience on a HRIS Data Entry team, Payroll team, or HRIS integration team is preferred.Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resources Information Systems) is required, experience with Paycom is preferred.Strong organizational and time management skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word, Excel, and Power Point.Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.Bilingual in Spanish preferredPaycom experience preferredBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Life insurance* Paid time off* Vision insuranceWork Location: In person #J-18808-Ljbffr Team-Housing-Solutions,-Inc.-2
