Your Day-to-Day
As a Sales Secretary, you thrive as the first point of contact for the dealership, skillfully answering incoming phone calls with a friendly demeanor that sets the tone for exceptional service. You engage with potential customers, conducting outreach to leads with a warm and inviting approach, ensuring they feel valued and informed. As you tackle a variety of customer service questions, you provide clear and helpful answers, turning inquiries into opportunities for connection and satisfaction.
