Accounting Clerk

Full Time Accounting ClerkCatholic Charities of the Archdiocese of Newark is currently seeking a Full Time Accounting Clerk for its Finance Department located in Newark, New Jersey.Job Description:Performs a range of general clerical, accounting, and bookkeeping support functionsProvides accounting and clerical support to the finance department. Prepares and maintains accounting documents and recordsCodes, posts, and receives payments. Prepares and coordinates bank deposit activities. Prepares general ledger postings and statementsPerforms all necessary reconciliations in a timely manner.
