Business Development Manager (Senior Level, Boston) Engineering Intent seeks a Business Development Manager with experience in knowledge‑based software, rules‑based engineering, or decision‑support systems. The role involves developing and selling large‑scale engineering automation solutions, especially in the CAD or PLM markets. Key Responsibilities Develop and sell engineering automation solutions to manufacturing companies worldwide. Collaborate with engineering, CAD, and automation teams to tailor solutions for customer requirements. Qualifications Experience selling large service‑oriented solutions or products in CAD or PLM markets (mandatory). Background in engineering, CAD, or automation is a plus. Engineering Automation Developer – Japanese Speaking Engineering Intent seeks an Engineering Automation Developer proficient in Japanese, with an engineering degree, CAD experience, and programming skills. Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain engineering automation solutions, ensuring consistent design rule adherence. Provide automated proposal documents, pricing, sales drawings, BOMs, manufacturing drawings, and CNC instructions. Qualifications Engineering degree with CAD experience. Proficiency in Japanese and English communication. Programming experience (preferred). Familiarity with Inventor ETO, Autodesk Intent, Siemens PLM Rulestream. Work Location & Travel Primary office in Boston but work‑from‑home options available. Preferred candidate located in Japan or willing to travel to Japan regularly. #J-18808-Ljbffr
