The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp is seeking a driven, team-oriented, high-energy leader to serve as the new Director of National Accounts. The Nashville Convention & Visitors Corp brands, sells, and markets Nashville as Music City, harmonizing the city’s culture with its reputation as a premier destination. We showcase Nashville as a place where travelers can experience authentic, one-of-a-kind leisure and convention opportunities. While much of our work plays behind the scenes, the economic benefits are felt throughout the community. By partnering with local businesses and hospitality leaders, we help amplify Nashville’s global presence. The Director of National Accounts drives convention and meeting business for Nashville within an assigned region. This role focuses on growing market share, generating qualified leads, strengthening client relationships, and partnering with Nashville’s hospitality community to secure citywide and large-scale events. Success in this role requires strategic sales leadership, deep industry relationships, and consistent regional travel. This position plays a critical part in expanding Nashville’s national presence and securing business that benefits hotels, convention facilities, restaurants, and attractions across the city.
