Assistant Property Manager – Los Angeles, CA Full‑time position. Last updated: 3 days ago. Salary: $75,000 per year. Responsibilities Assists in managing all aspects of a building's occupancy and maintenance. Works with Property Management to ensure that all aspects of managing up to 743,000 SF are covered efficiently and professionally. Assists in the execution of strategic business plans and leads day‑to‑day operations for assigned residents. Supports property management operations; assists the Property Manager in managing a property or group of properties. Maintains communities to a market‑ready standard, ensuring a high level of service. Fluent in Arabic and English; responds to leads via phone and email and provides tours to prospective tenants. Supports daily operations of affordable housing property management. Location Los Angeles, CA (Hybrid or Little Tokyo Service Center Office).
