Resident-Centered Assisted Living Intake Specialist

The Osage Nation Health System Assisted Living Facility seeks an Intake Specialist to coordinate intake, referral, assessment and admission for prospective residents. You will be the main contact for families, providers, and community agencies, ensuring timely, compassionate admissions and accurate documentation. Collaborating with the Assisted Living Facility Administrator and clinical teams, you’ll support resident-centered care and efficient operations while navigating Medicare/Medicaid and #J-18808-Ljbffr Osage Nation
