Our client is seeking an HR Generalist to provide immediate support during a period of transition and growth. This role will focus heavily on recruiting coordination and HR support, including managing communication with staffing agencies, assisting with prescreening and scheduling, opening requisitions, and supporting internal hiring activity across multiple locations. This position will also provide assistance with upcoming open enrollment efforts. This is a contract-to-hire opportunity based in Bolingbrook, Illinois, with a hybrid schedule requiring onsite work two days per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate recruiting activity for multiple open positions across the organization
• Serve as a liaison between hiring managers and external staffing agencies
• Assist with prescreening, interview scheduling, candidate communication, and requisition management
• Support hiring benchmarks and recruiting workflow administration
• Partner with leaders across the business, including VPs and Directors
• Assist with open enrollment preparation and related HR support
• Maintain professionalism and confidentiality in all employee and hiring matters
• Support additional HR coordination needs during a busy transition period

• Previous HR Generalist, recruiting coordination, or staffing coordination experience
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage confidential information with professionalism
• Tech-savvy with proficiency in Outlook and Excel
• Experience with BambooHR or similar HR systems preferred
• Comfortable working with a variety of personalities and leadership levels
