This is a fast-paced, multi-tasking role where no two days look the same, and where your ability to stay calm, follow through, and take ownership makes a direct impact on patients and the clinical team.What we offer:Health, Dental, and Vision InsurancePaid Time OffFamily Building and Parental Leave Benefits401(k) with employer matching up to 4%Structured onboarding with a 30/60/90-day development plan and ongoing support from clinic leadershipClear growth pathways; many of our front desk team members have advanced into clinic management, operations, and leadership rolesA collaborative team culture where no one is left on an island; you'll have access to leadership and a built-in buddy system across clinic locationsResponsibilities:Create a welcoming, professional first impression for patients, visitors, and referral sourcesManage front desk operations including patient check-in, check-out, scheduling, insurance verification/authorization, and phone callsReview, schedule, and follow up on incoming referrals by gathering information, creating or updating patient records, and helping patients understand next stepsKeep patient flow and schedules moving by confirming appointments, working waitlists, filling cancellations, and following up with patients who need future visitsCollect copays, balances, and other patient payments accurately and professionally, including basic payment tracking or reconciliation when neededProtect patient privacy and uphold HIPAA standards in all front desk interactions and documentationQualifications:High School Diploma or GEDExperience in a medical front desk, healthcare reception, physical therapy, chiropractic, dental, or similar clinical office setting preferred but not required.Strong communication, organization, multitasking, and follow-up skillsComfort using computers, phones, scheduling systems, electronic medical records, email, and basic spreadsheetsAbility to discuss payments, scheduling expectations, and basic insurance information with professionalismA calm, patient-centered approach with strong attention to detail and a willingness to help the teamCompensation: ~$17/HRConfluent Health, LLC and its affiliates are equal opportunity employers committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce.
