This is an extraordinary opportunity for a visionary leader to take the helm of global demand generation efforts, building, optimizing, and scaling a revenue-focused demand engine from the ground up. As a senior individual contributor, you will be instrumental in developing and executing strategies that directly contribute to pipeline and revenue goals, influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority. You'll be at the forefront of integrating AI into marketing workflows, forging critical partnerships, and delivering actionable intelligence that empowers sales teams. Your work will directly impact market presence, customer acquisition, and overall business success, particularly in expanding a strategic alliance with a major cloud provider.


Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global demand generation plan, meticulously aligning it with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Own quarterly pipeline contribution targets, continuously optimizing performance across various channels and programs.
• Manage global advertising and digital marketing budgets, making data-driven investment decisions to maximize ROI.
• Strategically improve inbound lead quality, conversion rates, and cost per opportunity.
• Oversee the global integrated campaign calendar and strategy, ensuring cohesive and impactful execution.
• Design and launch campaigns tailored to target audiences, buyer journey stages, key performance indicators (KPIs), and pipeline objectives.
• Collaborate closely with product marketing to translate positioning into highly effective demand programs.
• Develop, test, and optimize nurture strategies to guide prospects through the sales funnel.
• Manage and refine the company's propensity model for intelligent account and lead prioritization.
• Provide sales and business development teams with actionable account intelligence, including intent signals, technographic data, and trigger-event alerts.
• Measure the effectiveness of marketing-supplied targeting and continuously enhance account prioritization methodologies.
• Build and implement demand generation programs in collaboration with key strategic partners.
• Develop and execute a focused demand strategy for a major cloud partnership, encompassing digital outreach, co-branded campaigns, and marketplace opportunities.
• Evaluate partner performance to inform marketing investment decisions, identifying areas for growth, adjustment, or cessation.
• Support content syndication and joint marketing initiatives with partners.
• Implement AI-assisted workflows across campaign development, audience modeling, account research, content adaptation, reporting, and pipeline analysis.
• Leverage AI and agentic workflows to significantly increase campaign velocity and team productivity.
• Develop a shared AI workflow and prompt library to standardize best practices.
• Establish robust AI governance, ensuring human review, accuracy, privacy, and adherence to brand standards.
• Lead demand generation initiatives through influence and exceptional stakeholder management across departments.
• Establish clear campaign briefs, timelines, KPIs, and execution standards for all initiatives.
• Partner with marketing operations to develop comprehensive reporting, dashboards, and performance measurement frameworks.
• Present demand generation performance insights and strategic recommendations to sales and executive leadership.

Must-Have Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in B2B demand generation, growth marketing, or revenue marketing.
• Proven track record of owning and exceeding pipeline or revenue contribution targets.
• Strong background in developing and executing integrated, multi-channel campaign strategies.
• Experience with Account-Based Marketing (ABM), intent data, propensity modeling, or sales intelligence platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and demonstrated experience managing marketing budgets effectively.
• Extensive experience partnering with Sales and presenting to executive leadership.
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functionally and drive initiatives through influence without direct authority.
• Hands-on experience using AI to enhance marketing productivity and streamline workflows.
• Excellent communication, project management, and strategic problem-solving skills.

• Experience in technology, SaaS, cloud, or another complex B2B environment.
