As an Onsite DCD Special Education Teacher specializing in Developmental Cognitive Disabilities, you’ll gain exposure to a variety of teaching methods and leadership styles. Qualifications:

• Active Minnesota Teaching Certification is required (attach to your application).
• Must hold Tier 3 or Tier 4 certification.
• Experience working with students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities preferred.
• Strong commitment to fostering inclusive and supportive classroom environments.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 9 students with developmental cognitive disabilities.
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
• Collaborate with general education teachers, support staff, and families.
• Monitor student progress and adapt teaching strategies as necessary.
• Engage in professional development and contribute positively to the school community.
