Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Valid licensure in Special Education (state requirements apply)
• Experience with IEP development, implementation, and documentation

• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with multidisciplinary teams, families, and students
• Ability to adapt lessons and provide differentiated instruction to various ability levels
• Flexibility, compassion, and resilience within a dynamic educational setting

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess student abilities and design individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Implement specialized teaching techniques and adapt curriculum based on individual needs
• Monitor student progress, provide regular updates, and adjust plans as necessary
• Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages growth and participation
• Collaborate with general education teachers, therapists, and support staff
• Communicate effectively with parents and caregivers about student development
• Maintain accurate records and comply with all relevant policies and procedures
