Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of direct Special Education teaching experience (excluding paraprofessional, substitute, or general education roles)
• Valid MN Tier 3 or Tier 4 SPED license in one or more of these areas:
  • ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder)
  • DCD (Developmental Cognitive Disorder)
  • EBD (Emotional Behavior Disorder)
  • ABS (Academic Behavior Strategist)
• Experience supporting students in ASD, DCD, EBD, or resource settings preferred

Responsibilities

• Deliver specialized instruction and implement IEPs for center-based and resource caseloads (elementary-level)
• Foster an inclusive, positive environment supporting students’ academic, social, and emotional growth
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to achieve student success
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with state and district standards
