Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Take on a meaningful role supporting students in special education with a contract opportunity starting September 8, 2026 and continuing through June 10, 2027. This position offers 37.5 hours per week in an engaging, collaborative school environment near Osseo, MN, working within a variety of special education settings.

Multiple openings are available for educators with expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Developmental Cognitive Disorder (DCD), Emotional Behavior Disorder (EBD), or as an Academic Behavior Strategist (ABS). Flexible placements include Center-Based ASD/DCD programs, Center-Based SEL, and Resource programs at several elementary schools.

Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Minnesota Tier 3 or 4 Special Education teaching license in ASD, DCD, EBD, or ABS
• Minimum of 2 years of special education teaching experience (excluding general education, paraprofessional, or substitute work)
• Endorsements aligned with assignment:
  • Center Based ASD/DCD requires ASD or DCD
  • Center Based SEL accepts EBD, ASD or DCD
  • Resource accepts ABS, EBD, ASD, or DCD
• Strong communication skills and commitment to collaboration
• Dedication to fostering inclusive and supportive learning environments

Responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized instruction and support according to students’ IEPs
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and families to ensure comprehensive care
• Track student progress using established assessment tools and documentation practices
• Adapt strategies to maximize each student’s learning and growth
