Bachelor's or Master's degree in Special Education, active Special Education Teacher license and minimum 1+ years Special Education Teacher experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Desired Qualifications:

• Possession of a valid Minnesota Special Education teaching license – Tier 3 or 4 (ASD, DCD, EBD, or ABS endorsements accepted as outlined per caseload).
• At least two years of direct experience as a Special Education Teacher (other educational roles do not count toward this requirement).
• Demonstrated proficiency in adapting curriculum and instructional strategies for students with a range of learning abilities.
• Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized education programs for students in Center Based ASD/DCD, SEL, and Resource settings.
• Employ evidence-based strategies to meet academic, behavioral, and social-emotional goals.
• Collaborate closely with educational staff, support personnel, and families.
• Maintain accurate documentation and engage actively in IEP meetings and progress monitoring.
• Foster an inclusive learning environment that encourages student engagement and independence.
