Key Qualifications:

• Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Background in Special Education; experience supporting students with Developmental Cognitive Disabilities preferred
• Strong collaborative and communication skills
• Ability to adapt approaches for individual student needs
• Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment

Position Responsibilities:

• Deliver specialized instruction to a caseload of approximately 9 elementary students
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Monitor progress and provide differentiated supports as needed
• Coordinate with paraprofessionals, parents, and related service providers
• Maintain accurate documentation and comply with district requirements
• Foster an engaging, supportive classroom culture
