This full-time onsite position begins in late August 2026 and runs through early June 2027, following a traditional school calendar with workdays Monday through Friday, roughly 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM. Key Qualifications & Requirements:

• Current Minnesota Tier 3 or Tier 4 Special Education Teaching Certification (required to be presented alongside your resume for consideration)
• Experience working with students with developmental cognitive disabilities (DCD), preferably in a school setting
• Familiarity with IEP development, implementation, and documentation
• Strong communication, collaboration, and differentiation skills
• Flexibility, patience, and a proactive approach to problem-solving

Responsibilities:

• Provide specialized instruction to students with developmental cognitive disabilities in a supportive classroom environment
• Manage a focused caseload of approximately nine students
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education programs (IEPs)
• Collaborate with general education staff, support professionals, and families to maximize student success
• Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and compliance standards
• Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom culture
