Accounts Payable Clerk

Camping World is seeking an Accounting Clerk to join our growing team. **What You'll Do:** + Accurately enter, process, and reconcile vendor payables and invoices in a timely manner. + Review, code, and process General Manager credit card expenses through SAP Concur. + Maintain, review, and reconcile general ledger schedules to ensure accuracy and balance. + Assist with timekeeping, payroll data entry, and processing to ensure accurate employee compensation. + Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to resolve discrepancies, answer inquiries, and support routine audit requirements. **What You'll Need to Have for the Role:** + Applicant must be diligent, organized and extremely detail oriented + Strong Communication Skills and able to work as part of a team + Intermediate computer knowledge with MS Office including Excel, accuracy with 10 key pad and typing skills needed + Self-motivated; able to effectively prioritize tasks and organize schedule + Knowledge of auto dealership accounting systems (IDS, ADP, Reynolds & Reynolds) would be helpful but not necessary + Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and demands + May hold up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices **General Compensation Disclosure** The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs.
