About the Role Our Enterprise Sales team is currently seeking a New Business Sales Executive to join our Corporate sales team. The New Business Sales Executive is responsible for driving new business of The Wall Street Journal, Barron’s and Marketwatch products through prospecting, cold‑calling and client calls. Responsibilities Drive new business of WSJ, Barron’s and MarketWatch products to new‑to‑company prospects. Identify and qualify prospects through market analysis and lead research. Proactively contact targets by telephone, email and social media. Manage the complete sales cycle from start to finish, ensuring accurate client records in the CRM. Develop and execute targeted campaigns and consultative value propositions. Forecast and track sales activity, pipeline and new‑business revenue. Collaborate with inside sales specialists on product subject‑matter expertise. Qualifications & Skills Strong results orientation with ability to reach new‑business goals in a competitive environment. Proven cold‑calling track record, preferably with Fortune1000 companies. Excellent telephone, written and verbal communication skills. High level of business awareness and negotiation/closing skills. Ability to work independently and build rapport over the telephone. 5+ years of experience selling subscription‑based business information products. Knowledge of DowJones corporate products and ability to articulate value propositions.
