Job Summary:
- This role is responsible for being a first point of contact for clients being setup for trade finance products, which entails legal agreement coordinatio/execution, due diligence validations, technology setup coordination, handling inquiries, and potential reporting activities.
- The job requires coordination across multiple internal and external parties to ensure accurate and complete setup of a service prior to formal go-live transition.
- The role requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills to support daily workflow management and prioritization.
- Candidates must display sound judgement for identifying need for escalation and potential scope changes in requests.
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required to perform day to day functions.
- A background with Trade and Supply Chain Finance is preferred but not required.
- Bachelors degree and prior professional experience preferred.
- Strong communication skills for interaction across varying levels of management
- Organization and time management
- Proactive approach to deliverables
- Bachelors Degree or 3+ years of professional operations experience.
