Job Title: Banking Operations Specialist

Location: Scranton, PA 18507

Job Type: Onsite

Pay rate: $20/hr. On w2

This role is responsible for being a first point of contact for clients being setup for trade finance products, which entails legal agreement coordinatio/execution, due diligence validations, technology setup coordination, handling inquiries, and potential reporting activities.

The job requires coordination across multiple internal and external parties to ensure accurate and complete setup of a service prior to formal go-live transition. The role requires excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills to support daily workflow management and prioritization.

Candidates must display sound judgement for identifying need for escalation and potential scope changes in requests. Proficiency in Microsoft applications is required to perform day to day functions. A background with Trade and Supply Chain Finance is preferred but not required. Bachelors degree and prior professional experience preferred.
