Assistant Team Lead

Description

Assistant Team Leads report directly to the Team Leader and General Manager, providing Five-Star service to internal team members and guests via phone and in person. This role supports and maintains follow-up and follow-through on all procedures across Neroli Salon & Spa North Shore. Essential Job Functions
- Greet guests and provide a Five-Star guest experience
- Discover guest needs and assist in purchasing products
- Conduct retail store operations, including execution of the Aveda Service Wheel
- Accurately schedule reservations and check guests out using Zenoti
- Maintain and stay current on products and services, including timing, benefits, and pricing
- Attend and participate in meetings with the General Manager and other team members
- Maintain professional and effective written and verbal communication with guests and all team members
- Participate in personal and team goal setting
- Assist leadership by opening and closing the location, and delegating downtime tasks
- Other duties as assigned by leadership

Requirements

Required Qualifications
- Previous salon/spa or retail experience preferred
- Strong knowledge of, or ability to quickly learn, product and service offerings, including pricing and benefits
- Comfortable using scheduling and POS systems (e.g., Zenoti)
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
