Reporting to the Director of Technology, you'll implement changes and enhancements, set up new configurations, and turn requests and issues into completed, well-documented work. This is an execution-focused role for someone who takes ownership of their deliverables and sees them through. What You'll OwnConfigure and maintain our property management platform (Yardi) and related modulesImplement system changes, enhancements, and new configurationsTurn requests and issues into tracked, deliverable work items — and own their status and follow-throughBuild reports, dashboards, and user documentationTroubleshoot and resolve complex system issuesMaintain data integrity; use moderate SQL to investigate and validate dataSupport testing for upgrades and enhancements (UAT)Use AI tools to support integration, testing, and automationAssist with lease setups, migrations, and post-conversion reviewsWhat We're Looking ForThis role is based in Chicago.
