We are looking for a licensed real estate agent who enjoys working with homebuyers, exploring available properties, and developing a successful real estate business while earning rewarding commissions. You will spend time meeting prospective buyers, arranging property showings, touring homes, and helping clients compare properties that align with their needs and preferences. Through regular buyer interactions, you will become more familiar with local neighborhoods, property values, market conditions, and the factors that influence purchasing decisions.

Our team participates in the Zillow Flex program, providing opportunities to connect with buyers who are actively searching for homes. You will learn how to respond to inquiries, conduct effective buyer consultations, understand purchasing timelines, and establish relationships through consistent communication and follow-up. These activities will help you develop the skills needed to turn buyer interest into appointments, offers, and successful transactions.

As you develop your real estate experience, you will receive coaching and mentorship covering property evaluations, purchase agreements, offer preparation, negotiations, inspections, financing, and the closing process. Working alongside experienced agents will help you build confidence, improve your sales approach, and provide professional guidance throughout each stage of a transaction.

You will be part of a collaborative real estate environment with access to proven systems, practical training, and ongoing support. The goal is to help you develop productive habits, create meaningful client relationships, and establish a growing business built on buyer representation, repeat clients, and referrals.

$150,000+ at plan commissions

• Research information about potential properties, communities, schools and amenities so client questions may be answered
• Schedule showings of homes with buyer clients, listing agents home sellers in a timely fashion
• Quickly and professionally return buyer clients’ calls, texts and emails to ensure outstanding customer service
• Find homes that meet buyer clients’ criteria and budget to generate sales faster
• Refine buyer’s criteria in order to select additional homes to show as necessary

• Professional in attitude and appearance
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Ability to use or quickly learn real estate specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies
• Can spend a large amount of time driving
