Guidewire Business AnalystLocation: Plano Tx / Remote Employment Type: Full Time Experience: 8 yearsMust Have Technical/Functional SkillsProperty & Casualty (P&C) Insurance domain, specifically in Personal Lines Guidewire products (PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, Guidewire Digital, DataHub, InfoCenter, etc.) Guidewire implementation JIRA and ConfluenceRoles & ResponsibilitiesExperience with the Property & Casualty insurance domain, focusing on Guidewire Policy Center, Knowledge of property casualty rating and policy coverages and endorsementsMin 5yrs of hands-on experience as business analyst in driving requirement gathering session with business stakeholdersGather, analyze, and document business requirements. Conduct stakeholder workshops, interviews, and requirement sessions.Create Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), user stories, use cases, process flows, and acceptance criteria.Act as a liaison between business users, product owners, developers, architects, and QA teams.Communicate requirements and ensure alignment among stakeholders. Provide recommendations and validate proposed solutionsConducts research, generates comparisons, draws conclusions, makes recommendations and validates solutions to effect transformational change.Support SIT, UAT, regression, and integration testing. Validate business requirements against implemented solutions. Work with QA teams to resolve defects and production issuesExpert in JIRA, JWM
