We curate intimate, immersive culinary experiences for a discerning membership audience. Our vision is bold, international, and Michelin-level in execution. We are seeking a young, ambitious Executive Chef ready to build something iconic. About the Role This is not a traditional restaurant role. This is a creative leadership position for a chef who wants to shape a culinary identity from the ground up. You will: Design and execute a refined, internationally inspired tasting menu Lead all kitchen operations with Michelin-level precision Curate seasonal, ingredient-driven menus Oversee sourcing, supplier relationships, and food cost control Build and mentor a high-performance culinary team Collaborate on curated dining experiences and private events Maintain exceptional standards in presentation, technique, and consistency We’re Looking For Proven fine dining experience (Michelin-starred background preferred) Strong foundation in classical technique with modern creativity Global culinary perspective Leadership presence with entrepreneurial drive Detail-obsessed, disciplined, and performance-oriented Passion for creating unforgettable, intimate dining experiences Comfortable operating in a private club environment with high-profile clientele What We Offer Creative freedom to craft a signature culinary identity Competitive compensation + performance incentives Opportunity to build a brand at an early stage Exclusive, high-level network exposure A serious platform for long-term recognition This is for a chef who doesn’t just want a job — but wants to build a legacy.
