Overview LHH is recruiting for a Finance Manager to design and maintain the Procure to Pay process for a science start-up. Location South Seattle Worksite Type Onsite 4 to 5 days per week Compensation $140k to $170k + equity Benefits 10 paid holidays + Week of Christmas to New Years Day the company is closed Healthcare benefits for you and family through Regence Blue Shield Reason for Opening: Newly created due to growth Schedule 45 to 50 hours / week with flexibility Systems Rillet, an AI enabled ERP This Job Administrate company's spend management platform Procurement & Accounts Payable Operations Corporate Card & Expense Operations Reporting on Accounts Payable and Cash Flow Requirements Bachelors in Accounting 5+ years in Accounts Payable or Procurement with demonstrated ownership of end-to-end process Hands on experience administering a spend management system such as Ramp, Airbase, Coupa or Netsuite Exposure to CapEx-heavy environments with complex procurement cycles Culture Nerdy/quirky start up vibe with sci-fi themed office elements Energetic, fun, team-player, welcoming and inclusive Interviews Interviews are being scheduled now!
