Work Environment

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients referred by physicians, assessing their physical capacities and constructing personalized treatment plans to achieve optimal recovery outcomes.
• Implement diverse therapeutic interventions, leveraging evidence-based practices across various specialties, such as orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine cases.
• Deliver exceptional customer service, enhancing the patient experience through attentive communications and empathetic care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to maximize patient outcomes, actively engaging in case discussions and sharing best practices for continual improvement.
• Educate patients and their caregivers on home exercise programs and self-management strategies, empowering them with knowledge to maintain their health post-therapy.
• Meet or exceed minimum utilization goals while contributing to the achievement of broader organizational objectives.

Patient Population / Client Focus

As a Physical Therapist at Spindletop, you will serve a diverse client base with varying needs and backgrounds. The patient population will include individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries, children requiring developmental support, athletes rehabilitating from sports-related injuries, and adults managing chronic conditions. Qualifications

• Current state license in Physical Therapy, ensuring compliance with Florida regulations.
• Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy; a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred but not required.
• Possession of Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification from the American Heart Association.

Compensation and Benefits
