What You'll Do

• Provide anesthesia services during off-site night and day on-call shifts
• Respond to beeper calls within a 2-hour minimum callback at an agreed-upon rate
• Cover long weekends in Fredericksburg, with lodging provided for Friday/Saturday/Sunday night shifts
• Participate in on-call duties, including standby coverage during weekends
• Collaborate with healthcare teams to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for all cases
• Support facility protocols and uphold patient care standards in a hospital setting

What You Need

• Valid CRNA certification and Virginia state license (or eligibility)
• Prior experience in anesthesia preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly during on-call shifts
• Flexibility to work night and weekend shifts
