Pantry Cook - Hilton Anaheim

The Hilton Anaheim is looking for a dedicated Pantry Cook to join the team! In this role you will perform activities to support the Culinary Department functions. Ideal for someone who genuinely wants to serve and provide memorable experiences.

Our property has 1,574 rooms, is newly renovated and located in the heart of California's famous Orange County, adjacent to the Anaheim Convention Center and steps from the Disneyland Resort.

Ideal candidate:

2 years hotel/restaurant experience, pantry or Garde manger experience.

High volume and bulk cooking experience.

Ability to provide full open varied scheduling.

Shift Pattern: Varied AM PM (Union role). Open availability required including weekends and holidays; shifts will be dependent on business levels and seniority scheduling.

Hourly Pay Range: $22.62 - $28.27 and is based on specialized experience and location.

What will I be doing?

As a Pantry Cook, you would be responsible for assisting and preparing food for the kitchen team in the hotel's continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. Specifically, you would be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

• Set up and perform preparation work for food items including, but not limited to, soups, sauces, salads, etc.
• Stock and maintain designated food stations(s).
• Maintain cleanliness and food sanitation standards at all times.
• Practice correct food handling and food storage procedures according to federal, state, local and company regulations.
