Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to identify and prioritize specific needs for elderly residents.

• Provide both individual and group counseling, addressing emotional challenges and facilitating coping strategies related to aging and life transitions.

• Deliver grief and loss counseling for residents and their families, particularly those navigating end-of-life issues.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
