This position offers an excellent opportunity for a Speech-Language Pathologist with CCC credentials to make a direct impact in a dynamic K-12 educational environment, with a primary focus on middle and high school students and occasional work with elementary learners.

Scheduled for two full days each week (totaling 16 hours), you’ll collaborate with a supportive staff to deliver high-quality speech and language services within a school-based setting. The assignment begins in August and extends through the end of the academic year, making it ideal for professionals seeking stability with flexibility.

Desired Experience & Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
• Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as required
• Experience evaluating and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
• Previous work with school-aged populations, especially middle and high school students, preferred
• Ability to create engaging therapy strategies tailored to individual needs
• Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct speech and language therapy to students, predominantly in grades 6-12
• Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans customized to each student’s goals
• Collaborate with educators and support staff to promote student success
• Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings as needed
• Consult with families to foster communication carryover at home
