Continuous Improvement Manager — Lean Plant Excellence

Dessert Holdings in Humble, TX seeks a Continuous Improvement Manager to drive strategy and tool development across the site, coaching teams on countermeasures and action plans to completion. The role focuses on reducing losses and owning plant KPI reporting. You will work on developing and owning loss tracking standards on the production floor.
