Inside Sales Representative – Real Estate Investment Firm (In-Office)

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you’ll work directly with motivated homeowners across the country, helping them sell their properties quickly and efficiently. This is a high-volume, high-opportunity sales role focused on converting inbound leads—no cold calling required.

Location

In-office position located in the North Miami area, conveniently near I-95.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze property values using comparable sales data (comps)
• Build and manage a strong sales pipeline
• Communicate effectively with homeowners to identify needs and close deals
• Follow up consistently to convert both immediate and long-term opportunities

Qualifications

• Required: Prior inside sales experience
• Strong communication and rapport-building skills
• Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and financially driven
• Resilient with the ability to handle rejection
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
• Bilingual is a plus, but not required
