Automotive Billing Clerk

We are seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Automotive Billing Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate has experience billing new and used vehicle retail deals, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced dealership environment.
What You'll Do
- Process and bill new and used vehicle retail deals accurately and efficiently
- Review retail sales deals in Tekion to ensure accuracy
- Maintain and reconcile Contracts in Transit (CIT) schedules
- Work closely with finance and retail sales department administrators to ensure timely and accurate deal processing
- Identify and resolve billing discrepancies and documentation issues
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with dealership procedures
- Provide excellent customer service and support daily dealership operations
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of automotive billing experience with new and used vehicle retail deals
- Experience with Tekion preferred
- Valid Texas driver's license
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Professional attitude, positive work ethic, and high ethical standards
- Commitment to teamwork and customer satisfaction
