Strategic Sourcing & Contracts Manager

Requirements

• 5 or more years of experience in enterprise IT procurement and strategic vendor contract management.

• Proficiency in Workday Financials Procurement and Strategic Sourcing modules.

• Experience with LinkSquares or enterprise Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM) platforms.

• Experience in leading complex contract negotiations for technology, AI software, and service agreements.

• Experience with drafting non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and managing end-to-end RFP sourcing events.

• Experience in utilizing AI automation tools for procurement workflow optimization and internal controls.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct full-cycle procurement workflows from initial requisition through purchase order finalization.

• Lead commercial negotiations with external software and IT vendors to secure advantageous contractual terms.

• Manage competitive sourcing initiatives, vendor evaluations, and formal Request for Proposal (RFP) cycles.

• Draft and execute non-disclosure agreements, master services agreements, and statements of work.

• Administer procurement tracking, contract storage, and vendor profiles in Workday and LinkSquares.

• Implement AI-driven workflow automation to streamline purchasing routines and improve operational efficiency.

• Partner with legal counsel, internal audit, and executive stakeholders to maintain regulatory compliance.
