Assistant Controller

Assistant Controller Location: LSC Admin Office – Salisbury, NC 28145 Position type: Full Time Key Responsibilities Oversee daily accounting operations and supervise accounting, accounts payable, and payroll/benefits teammates. Ensure accurate and timely monthly closings, account reconciliations, and financial reporting. Assist with the preparation of internal and external financial statements and annual audits. Establish and maintain financial systems and controls that ensure data integrity and compliance. Support special projects, financial analysis, and management reporting initiatives. Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to support organizational goals. Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance. Minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, including managerial experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. Demonstrated professionalism, integrity, and ethical conduct.
