Responsibilities
Understand and apply basic accounting principles relating to accounts payable.
Input vendor invoices and purchase orders daily.
Invoice and Payment Scanning.
Filing Vendor Payments.
File, organize, maintain and keep files in both electronic and hard copies.
Qualifications
Experience with Quickbooks Online.
Must be motivated and willing to work with others and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
Proficient with Microsoft Excel.
Knowledge and understanding of the Accounts Payable Process.
Additional Responsibilities
Work with our Product supplier to ensure Customer Orders are being made and delivered.
