Real estate transactions move quickly, involve a lot of moving pieces, and require someone who can keep the details organized while keeping people informed. A well-established real estate organization is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to help guide clients and coordinate the transaction process from executed contract through closing.

This is an engaging, people-focused opportunity for someone who enjoys more than just administrative work. You will build relationships and communicate regularly with buyers, sellers, agents, attorneys, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other professionals while managing the details and deadlines that keep each transaction moving forward.

Responsibilities

Manage transactions from executed contract through closing
Serve as a key resource and point of contact for buyers and sellers
Communicate with clients, agents, attorneys, lenders, title companies, inspectors, and other transaction partners
Track timelines, deadlines, contingencies, and required documentation
Coordinate inspections, appraisals, walkthroughs, closings, and other key appointments
Follow up on outstanding items to keep transactions moving forward
Keep clients and internal team members informed of progress and potential concerns
Anticipate issues and help resolve challenges throughout the transaction
Maintain accurate and complete transaction records
Collaborate with agents and team members to provide a smooth client experience

Requirements

Previous experience in real estate, transaction coordination, title, mortgage, customer service, or a similar field
Understanding of or strong interest in the real estate transaction process
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through
A proactive, solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
Professional judgment and the ability to handle sensitive or time-sensitive situations
Comfort learning and using CRM, transaction management, and other technology platforms
Dependability, professionalism, and a strong commitment to client service
