Windows Support Engineer

Seeking a dedicated Windows Support Engineer for a full-time remote position, responsible for troubleshooting Microsoft technologies, managing client communication, and maintaining a positive client experience while working within a structured ticketing system. Key responsibilities Become the go-to expert for troubleshooting Windows devices, Microsoft 365, and network infrastructure Own client communication, managing expectations and ensuring positive outcomes in every interaction Contribute to knowledge base documentation and collaborate with team members to enhance service delivery Required qualifications Hands-on expertise in Microsoft technologies, including Windows Server, Active Directory, and Group Policies Strong experience with Microsoft 365, Hyper-V, DNS, and DHCP Demonstrated knowledge of advanced networking principles and troubleshooting skills for firewalls and switches Proven ability to create internal documentation that aids team development Experience with Remote Access Solutions like Remote Desktop and RemoteApps
