Director, Strategic Finance & Investor Relations A highly analytical and strategic leader to support the Senior Leadership Team in the Office of the CFO, driving strategic insights, financial analysis, and investor relations. Key Responsibilities Prepare Board and executive‑level materials: financial updates, progress reports on strategic initiatives, and key business insights. Coordinate the Investor Relations function: manage quarterly earnings processes, prepare earnings releases, investor decks, call logistics, and ongoing analyst/shareholder communications. Partner with senior management on strategic finance initiatives, including capital allocation, share repurchase, and sum‑of‑the‑parts analyses to support executive decision‑making. Maintain and enhance strategic finance reference materials: valuation analyses, cap‑table scenarios, peer benchmarking, and internal performance metrics. Lead complex financial modeling, business analysis, and ad‑hoc projects for operational and strategic decisions. Develop high‑quality presentations and executive communications for internal and external stakeholders. Support broader finance functions and special projects as needed. Hybrid Work Arrangement Hybrid, three days in office in New York and up to two remote days per week. Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree a plus. 4–7 years of experience in investment banking, strategy, or corporate finance, including public‑company reporting. Required Skills & Knowledge Strong foundation in corporate finance, financial modeling, valuation, and strategic analysis. Exceptional presentation development in PowerPoint or Google Suite. Advanced analytical, quantitative, and problem‑solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environment. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication. Professionalism, integrity, intellectual curiosity, and self‑starter attitude. Experience supporting public company reporting, investor relations, or executive communications. Strategic mindset and strong business judgment. Proficiency in synthesizing complex information into clear insights. Travel Approximately 5% travel. Compensation & Benefits Salary: New York $160,000.00 – $190,000.00; additional bonuses, incentives, and benefits including medical, dental, vision, unlimited PTO, parental leave, 401(k) match, and more.
