Business Development Director

Altru Rehabilitation Hospital

Altru Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Altru Health System, is seeking a Business Development Director to drive growth of our inpatient and outpatient rehab services. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to expand referral networks, build partnerships with physicians, health systems, payers, and community agencies, and identify new service opportunities. Working closely with clinical, operational, and marketing leaders, you will analyze market trends, create business cases, and lead initiatives that increase patient volume and market presence. This position blends strategic planning, relationship management, and data-driven decision-making in a compassionate, patient-centered, and mission-driven environment focused on recovery and quality of life.
