Deliver personalized speech therapy sessions concentrating on communication, language skills, voice modulation, fluency, and swallowing techniques.

Engage collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team, including physical therapists, occupational therapists, nursing staff, and family members, to formulate comprehensive care strategies.

Provide education to patients and families to facilitate progress beyond clinical settings.

Participate in occasional inpatient evaluations and therapies, ensuring a seamless continuum of care for all clients throughout their recovery journey.

Maintain thorough and precise documentation in alignment with state, federal, and organizational standards.

Stay abreast of the latest developments in the field through ongoing education and collaboration with peers.

A Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.

Successful completion of a Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) if ASHA certification is not yet obtained.

State licensure as a Speech Therapist.

Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred.

Basic Life Support (BLS) certification necessary within 30 days of hire.

Expertise in evidence-based therapeutic techniques applicable to all age groups, with a solid grasp of developmental and acquired speech, language, and swallowing disorders.

Exceptional communication skills to connect effectively with patients, families, and multidisciplinary teams.

Adeptness at tailoring therapy methodologies to address diverse cultural and linguistic backgrounds.
