Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Focus Psychotherapy, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting comprehensive, one-on-one video therapy sessions, providing individualized support to clients through a range of mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our primary client base consists of stable, low-acuity adults experiencing a variety of mental health needs. Qualifications\n

To be considered for this role, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology, equipping you with the theoretical foundation for best practices in therapy.

• Current licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona; no limited or provisional licenses will be accepted.

• No disciplinary actions or limitations on your license history.

• Proficiency in computer skills, enabling you to navigate our teletherapy platform efficiently and effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
